Blogger issued me a copyright infringement e-mail, and without warning, deleted my post. Gone is the full concert review for the Airborne Toxic Event show.
Simply put, that's unfair. I put a lot of time into each post, and losing that specific one is something I can't write up again easily.
The site I may switch to right now is Typepad.
I'll keep everyone updated as to what I choose to do, so hold tight. My choice will likely come within the next few days.
So... are you packing up shop & moving?
ReplyDeleteSaw your comment on theblisslist.org and from doing a quick search it appears to me that you are testing out wordpress.com but if that doesn't meet your needs, you should consider a hosting provider and setting up wordpress (or any other blogging software for that matter) it might be slightly more expensive than the $4.95 you mentioned, but I think I pay $6.95 and I'm really happy with the service at hostgator. Anyways, good luck and I look forward to reading your future posts.
ReplyDeleteWhat was the copyright infringement? And wouldn't infringement in one place still be infringement somewhere else? It's important to understand the laws if you're serious about your work here.
